David grew up in Dublin, Ireland and has been advocating for mental health awareness for a number of years.
His podcast “I sprained my mental health” deals with a number of issues seeing from a personal perspective.
He has been doing a lot of charity events for the likes of Aware and other leading organisations that care for people with mental illness.
Passionate about football, especially Shelbourne FC, and he became part of the first team coaching staff for a number of years.
