Aidan grew up on a farm on the outskirts of Killarney, Co. Kerry.
Kerry’s tradition and love for Gaelic Football goes deep into the DNA of its people and playing for your county is the dream of most young men growing up there.
Aidan played for Kerry for 14 years, captained the side and won the coveted All Ireland Cup five times.
He has been described many times as a “Kerry Legend”.
Upon retiring in 2017 he went on to participate and win the first Dancing With The Stars aired in Ireland.
He had put his knowledge of fitness and his fame to good use, running a fitness website and doing a lot of charity work within and outside his community.
