When a job with a large Irish retailer did not work out as she had hoped, she dedicated her working life with a charitable organisation.

When circumstances changed and her family grew she decided to re-skill and qualified as a Health Coach.

This lead her to her current business The Cool Food School, that aims bringing food education to pre-schoolers and primary schools.
