Judith McAdam is a kinesiologist, theologian, holistic life coach and speaker. She is also the author of The Source, her book that synthesises her knowledge to reveal the universal principles that unite us all.
Judith went through a path of rediscovery following a relationship breakdown.
She works in Trinity College in Dublin and from her studio in the suburbs of the Irish capital where she runs workshops, classes and one-on-one sessions.
