Marty Sheridan grew up in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
After working in constructions from he early teens, he discovered the teachings of Ekhart Tolle.
Having studied and practiced mindfulness and mediation for a number of years, Martin has now setup a business, My Mind And Me, that aims to deliver what he has been practising to school children in an educational environment.
Marty shares his story of difficult upbringing in a 1980’s “bleak” Ireland and how he has rediscovered happiness by practicing “living in the present” through mind and body
