One Hour Holiday

& other non-prescriptive tools

to improve your ecosystem

I am a great believer that prevention can be better than the cure.

I believe in people and their potential, in the power of connections, communication and relationships.

I worked in different industries, I have had experience at international level with corporate and I have been running my own business for the past 20 years.

I have learned a lot about myself, business, friendship, passion, values and how to align these to have a happier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to coaching is one of trust and the belief that small changes can help us improve and appreciate our ecosystem.

I arrived at the world of coaching via broadcasting.

My first podcast Social Fabric is a collection of conversations with people about their passion and the interaction with their communities.

What I have learned from all my guests is invaluable, their stories, their vulnerability, their successes.

My One Hour Holiday approach is something that we can all do everyday to improve.

We can all have a more fulfilling life.

I want to help you get there.

I studied at Kingstown College

Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching Diploma in Corporate Wellbeing.

EMCC Accredited

I am teaching coaching and leadership courses for Kingstown College, in Italian and English.

I will never stop learning.
